sUMMARY: Case of 48years old male Daisy reported to the clinic seeking permanent prosthesis irt 46.RVG was taken to evaluate the level of osseointegration and crestal bone loss.No radiographic bone loss changes were observed. On examination cement retained prosthesis was planned due to adequate interarch space.stage 2 recovery was perfomed following healing abutment placement and impression was made using closed tray (snapy) technique.jig trial was performed to check the accuracy of master cast followed by metal trial to check the fit and clearance which was found to be accurate.Final crown cementation was done after wrenching to final torque value of 25Ncm and checked for high points and a occlusion.postoperative RVG was taken to check the fit Maintenance and hygiene instructions were given and patient is asked to report for review after 6 months.
