SUMMARY: Case of 48years old male Elumali reported to the clinic taken to evaluate the level of seeking permanent prosthesis irt 46.RVG was observed. On examinatlon ceomsesneot integration and crestal bone loss.No radiographic bone loss changes were retained prosthesis was planned due to adequate interarch space.stage 2 recovery was performed following nealing abutment placement and impression was made using closed tray ( snapy) technique.jig trlal was pertormed to check the accuracy of master cast followed by metal trial to check thef it and clearance which was found to be accurate.Final crown cementation was done after wrenching to a final torque value of 25Ncm and checked tor high points and occluslon.postoperative RVG was taken to check the fit.Maintenance and hyglene instructions were given and patient is asked to report for review after 6 months.
