Fixed partial denture

A 60year old male patient named Somasundaram has come to the department with a cheif complaint of missing teeth in the multiple regions of the maxillary and mandibular archesjaw since6 months. Patient is advised with fixed partial prosthesis as implant prosthesisis not possible due to uncontrolled diabetes. Toothpreparation, cord packing followed by master impression was done. Fpd was cemented and a periodic follow up was done for6 months
